Chris carrie of poison idea defiance bleeding fire & so many other bands has left us this day October 4 2022

Chris was a good friend of autumnn’s & a very dear friend of her best girlfriend Katie

He was in many many bands over the years sadly losing his drummer from poison idea two years ago

Chris & Autumnn first met at a 7-11 she worked at thanks to a coworker whom her Katie & Chris all lived in the same apartment complex while Autumnn didn’t know Chris as tenderly as others & his band mates she cherished the moments spent with him

He gave her a badass misfits bandana that she still keeps on her person & a unique one of a kind poison idea poster he even showed her his authentic & special punk cassette tape collection

Autumnn grew up on punk & poison idea has become a Favorite of hers who knew that one day in chris’s hometown of Portland Oregon, where she’d later move that she’d meet him at one of her jobs

You will forever be missed by all Chris Autumnn wishes deep within her heart that she could’ve chased the demons away from Chris

Rest easy Chris & keep making amazing killer punk rock!!! Punk will live on in your name forever

“Description:

This will be a future podcast starting Chris Carrie from the punk band, Poison Idea who recently retired due to/maybe not due to the death of a band mate; & Stacy Hoffman aka Skankin Sally Thorn who is an aspiring embalmer, black metal vocalist, singer, and now musical journalist thanks to her BFF James “Jamesus Crust” who isn’t and wasn’t in a band(s) but is an independent musician and musical scholar and very well versed in the musical realm. This show will be a call in podcast where the listener can chat in our chat room, call in simultaneously and also speak with myself, Chris, and guests. All podcasts will be recorded for future use.

We, Chris and myself will be either talking about music, local and afar, Chris’s bands now and/or simultaneously interviewing our musical friends who may or may not be in bands.

We will also be discussing types of musicians, genres of punk and metal, but mostly punk and obscure genres like from the band Ealdor Bealu, Thorn’s friend Michael Mulcock band, whom he joined as drummer as they were about to start the recording process.

We’ll also keep you up to date on current bands information such as where to see them in concert, how to find their music, and where to find their current albums and songs; such as Animals As Leaders where Metal Injection reviewed their newest album, local band shows and what venues to find them at and the venue websites.

We will have rules and regulations for this podcast that will be stated in the description of the podcast itself.

We will also address mental health issues as per concern our musical world such as The Ramones, Tom Petty, Alec Ballie (bassist of Left Over Crack, Stephen Hanford, drummer for Poison Idea, Chester Bennington, lead vocalist for Linkin Park, Sid Vicious, lead singer for the Sex Pistols, Kurt Cobain, frontman, lead guitarist, and lyricist for Nirvana, etc (WARNING:, We, (Chris, Myself, and guests, are NOT mental health professionals! But we will gladly give tips)
