MM inspired me at age thirteen to start Metal vocals, particularly these albums:

Ashes Of The Wake album

Slipknot’s Iowa album

Marilyn Manson’s Remix & Repent

Lest We Forget album

I just started screaming into pillows like Tatiana from Jinjer

*Winston from Parkway Drive learned how to scream the same way, we just did it!*

These albums not only influenced me to begin Metal vocals but also attend local Metal shows & not just for fun but to learn

At thirteen my father allowed me to attend local talent “Death” band (disbanded years ago) (Friends from middle school)

There I aided the mothers with street teaming

Thanks to good ol’ Dad we saw Marilyn Manson for the first time! Best night of my life! (Also age thirteen)

*FUN MUSICAL FACT*

I joined orchestra in 8th grade as well as Choir in 6th -8th! I found my singing voice, learned upright bass & violin! I haven’t played either since but plan to pick up violin!
